ReplyDeleteI ALWAYS wonder just how "healthy" these things are. It sounds a little too good to be true, but quite honestly I think the food looks plastic-y and gross in the commercials, not to mention tiny portions. I think it would be way too easy to stray and snack between meals on this diet. I've never heard a real story of anyone using this, but everyone does look so happy in the commercial. Not to mention it just seems EASY since everything is done for you. I would imagine this is good for men because men on weightwatchers tend to eat the same thing over and over again just because they know how many points it is and it's easy. That seems to be a major theme in American culture. If it's too hard most people don't want to do it.
