Bug Zapper - The Amazing Handheld Bug Zapping Racquet (Blanca C.)

I chose the Bug Zapper by As Seen On T.V., because my family actually ownes one! All you need to start bug zapping are two AA batteries, (two AA batteries are included,) a bug (hopefully a flying one,) and some good reflexes. It is enviormentally friendly, that is, unless you are a bug. It is enviormentally friendly because you can substitute all the harmful sprays and chemical bug killers with zapping! It's design is of a yellow tennis raquet, for easy use. This product kills flies and mosquitos on contact. Great for indoor and outdoor use, camping, hunting, picnics, barbecues and fishing trips. It is pretty easy to use, all you have to do is activate either of the two buttons on the sides of the handel and start swining! The advertisement makes it seem like so much fun to zap flies (one reason we purchased it,) and keep the house free from harmful insect sprays. Could you believe it only costs $9.95? You can order one online at AsSeenOnTV.com, or over the phone, of course, during the advertisement on T.V.
There was not much to say about the retailer, since it is a website that sells its infomercial products.
Others would want to purchase this product if they are outdoors or indoors and are constantly being bugged by insects. The idea that it makes zapping bugs fun, is a good reason for so many being sold. I have one and the wires literally spark once you swat a fly or bug. One bad thing about this is, it kills small flies and mosquitoes on contact, larger bugs need a few more swats! For example my brother tried to zap a June beetle and took maybe four zaps to actually kill it. If anyone is wondering, it also kills snails! This product is the best in the summer, when you are outdoors, or on your porch and swarmed by gnats. I think this would be an awesome gift because it really is fun. It makes you a little more confident in killing a bug.

From reviews by consumers, the product is well worth the money and lasts a long time. Don't you think it is a good deal on the price? Of course, you have to pay for shipping and handling, but it is still an affordable and enviormentally friendly product. Don't forget it's FUN!

  3. What happens if you touch the bug killing part while it's on? Does it shock you?

  4. As cool as this product sounds, I don't know if I would want to spend my time zapping bugs. Howver I must say that it does sound like it would ve useful during camping trips in which case I'm sold.
