After searching for several items and deciding what item to choose I thought about something that would apply to almost everyone. ReplyDeleteAfter reading this blog and the first post, I'm pretty convinced that I should use this filter the next time I need to replace mine. The fact that it is cleanable and reusable makes a lot of sense as in terms of reducing waste. The length of time that the filter has been marketed is impressive too, most things that have been around that long are often well worth the price.
ReplyDeleteI agree completely, I've had a K & N air filter in every car I have ever owned and haven't been disappointed yet. Do to the cost of the air filter and the cleaner it is more money than a stock air filter but if you take care of the filter and clean it when it needs to be you will get your money worth. I have found that when it is time to clean make sure you a have few hours to spare because it can take a while for the air cleaner to dry after the cleaning steps.
